Dante got bit by the neighbors dog the other day. He and a neighbor friend asked the dogs owner if they could pet it and she agreed, so Dante got my permission and took off running as fast as he could towards the dog. The dog must have thought that Dante was going to attack the owner or something and came charging towards him yapping and growling. It jumped up and bit Dante on the arm so fast that we didn't even notice that anything had happened until Dante came running back to me screaming and holding his arm. There was no blood but it did break the skin a little. He was totally fine after about an hour.

The neighbor came over with the dog and made him "Rufus" apologize to Dante. She assured us that Rufus was going to get a "time out"! That made us feel so much better :)

The next day the neighbor came over with this huge-mungus monkey for Dante as a peace offering! He likes it a lot, but he says it smells weird!

This is Aspen saying "I don't want to do any more baptism pictures mom"!

We did get a couple of cute ones to be displayed at the baptism. Saturday September 13th at 4:00pm!

Here is Dante getting his "baptism" picture! :) He's holding a wadded up build-a-bear superman cape and of course his "blankie". I just love those eyebrows!
