This is what I got to look at all day long for 7 days! I started out in front and that lasted about 20 minutes because the truck went so slow that I had a hard time holding back and I was afraid Jake would lose sight of me and not know where to turn. I had the GPS and there was a lot of freeway switching involved. I was too hard to stay on the phone while driving in crazy traffic. So we switched. Much better. I didn't even need to watch where I was going as long as yellow was in front!
So pretty all the way through Pennsylvania. And then it thinned out with each passing mile. Until we got to Montana and it started to thicken again with dark green pine. Love it!

Terrible pic. I had to get glasses for the drive since my night vision sucks big time. I tried to wear them during the day as much as I could but sometimes my need to see clearly wasn't as desperate as my need to block out the light.

Rest stop. At least the kids are looking at the camera!

Azayda was always sooooooo happy to get to the hotels!!!!
